Presenter

ICAway Founder Kwan Segal, SPHR, EMBA

Kwan Segal, CEO & Founder of ICAway, is an experienced human-capital consultant with over 20 years of professional experience at global organizations like BMW, Accenture, and Deloitte.โ€‹
When Kwan moved to the U.S. in 2014, she went through an extensive career search and truly understands how hard it is to overcome cultural and language barriers. Kwan finally landed a job at Deloitte and worked with Fortune 500 clients on various HR capacities. From that point on, Kwan started serving the International Student population as a volunteer coach and noticing gaps that she could fill by leveraging not only her experience in breaking through cultural barriers but also her technical side as an HR professional.
Kwan started building a community of career-driven International Students and founded ICAway in 2017.
